You do. Every viewing request is emailed to you with the buyer's name and contact details, and the buyer then arranges the viewing with you directly. We never resell or share your leads, and we do not represent the buyer or the seller in the sale.

They are used only to produce your campaign creatives and stored privately in your account. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.

No. The listing photographs you already have are enough, including empty rooms and off plan renders. Novo builds the ad creatives from those images, so no new photography, no film crew and no site visit is needed. Off plan developments run on their renders in the same way.

You start free with 1,000 credits, about €10 of ad spend, and no card. After that you choose a monthly credit bundle from €29. Credits pay for the ad spend on your listings; on average a qualified lead costs about €4.69 in credits. No commission and no share of the sale price.

We hold no sales mandate, sell no property, and take no share of the sale price.

A qualified viewing request is a real person who wrote to us about your listing, said they want to view it, and left a name and contact details. Other agents, marketers, bots and rental enquiries do not count. On average a qualified viewing request costs about €4.69 in credits.
